Democracy Volunteers is a non-partisan, apolitical organisation which observes elections in the UK. The organisation is registered as an accredited election observation organisation by the UK’s Electoral Commission. We abide by it’s code of conduct for election observers at all times to ensure our impartial recommendations can be presented to government to improve the quality of UK elections.

Contributors to, and presenters of, the podcast represent a cross-section of academia, historical research, media experience, and political affilliation. Democracy Volunteers does not endorse the political statements of individual contributors, but in order to improve the quality of elections, we believe affording a platform for the discussion of elections is an inclusive environment to encourage the improvement of elections in the United Kingdom.
