Scottish Independence Referendum 18/09/14

In September 2014, a team of four observers joined a large contingent of international observers to watch the Scottish independence referendum. The team observed the opening of polls in Edinburgh followed by polling stations in Bannockburn, Fife and Glasgow.

As well as the formal observation the team had acquired funding for a film concerning the referendum which has recently been used as part of the formal British Government and Politics undergraduate course of the University of Exeter.

Interviews include: Gordon Brown MP, Margaret Curran MP, Alistair Darling MP, James Dornan MSP, George Galloway MP, Prof. Jerry de Groot, Sir Tom Hunter, Charles Kennedy MP, Peter Oborne, Willie Rennie MSP and Alex Thompson.
